Donna holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Taxation degrees from Arizona State University. She is a California CPA, a member of the AICPA, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and the CalCPA Peer Review Committee. She also serves as a Board member for a number of charitable organizations.
William R. Soper, CPA

Will specializes in servicing the accounting, advisory and tax compliance needs of small to mid-sized businesses, estates, trusts, and individuals, including multi-state tax compliance. His areas of industry expertise include real estate development, construction contractors, manufacturing, service and entertainment.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sonoma State University and is a California licensed CPA and has practiced in public accounting since 2000. Will‘s professional affiliations include membership in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. A native of Petaluma, Will is a board member of Literacyworks and is also a volunteer for numerous community organizations.
